My name is Mariia Brovarska and I’m 18 years old. Music gives me the opportunity to express my feelings and tell stories without words. But above all, playing the piano calms me down, helps me and opens up a broad spectrum of emotions. I have been making music since I was a child. I graduated from a music school in Ukraine and I play the piano, bandura and sing. I can say that music has taught me to be open to the emotional expression of my feelings. For me, tone, dynamics, phrasing, conveying emotions and interpreting the composer's intention play an important role. From this competition I expect a lot of cool emotions, new experiences, interesting people and the discovery of new talents.
